Training Lead

Job Overview The Training Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive training strategy that supports safe operations, operational excellence, workforce capability, and leadership effectiveness at the Lafayette Extrusions operation. This role leads training efforts for hourly union employees, salaried leaders, and manufacturing support functions, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements while aligning training programs to site‑specific operational and safety needs. The Training Lead serves as the site subject‑matter expert for job‑specific skill development, employee health and safety training, leadership development, and training compliance tracking. This role partners closely with Operations, EHS, Human Resources and Union leadership to ensure training programs are effective, timely and impactful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
