Employment Summary Employment structure: Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0-2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Project Finance Coordinator - Entry Level to support project billing, cost tracking, reporting, and financial administration. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You'll Do Enter and review routine cost, billing, purchase-order, and commitment information. Collect supporting documents and help maintain accurate project finance files. Update spreadsheets and reports, flag missing information, and follow up with project teams. Assist with billing packages, reconciliations, and month-end administrative tasks. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; business or accounting coursework is helpful. 0-2 years of office, bookkeeping, cash-handling, or data-entry experience. Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and confidential information. Accuracy, dependability, and willingness to learn construction accounting.
