About the Position

Job Title: Interventional Radiology RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years minimum RN experience required License: WV RDCS - Adult license active required to start assignment Certifications: BLS; ACLS Must-Have: Experience in Interventional Radiology First-time travelers allowed with Interventional Radiology experience On call every 5th weekend Description: Interventional Radiology RN needed for 4x10-hour shifts. Shift hours are from 07:30 to 16:00 on weekdays. Experience required in Angiogram, Fistulogram, Permacath, EVAR, TCAR, TAVR, MitraClip, Mechanical Thrombectomy, and Embolization procedures. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics with a staffing ratio of 1:1. Weekend call requirement is on rotation with an average of one weekend every five weeks. Candidates will be floated as needed. Travelers will be required to complete modules prior to starting the assignment. All personnel will need to take the flu vaccine unless a documented allergy is provided. Covid vaccine is not required. Please submit a complete application with required documents. This includes completed work history, specialty-specific skills checklist, two manager or charge references, and RN license verification. Candidates must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility. Certifications must be AHA accredited. Previous probationary actions on licenses will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Travelers are encouraged to apply if they meet the required qualifications.
