Insurance Sales Opportunity
The Summers Agency is expanding and seeking individuals interested in building a career in insurance sales. This role offers flexibility, strong income potential, and a clear path for advancement.
This is a 100% remote position. You'll work with individuals who have already expressed interest in coverage and meet with them virtually to review their options.
Daily Responsibilities:
- You'll connect with warm leadsno cold calling required.
- Conduct virtual appointments with clients
- Educate families on available coverage options
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Participate in training and mentorship
Earnings & Advancement:
- Commission-based compensation structure
- Typical first-year earnings: $70,000$125,000+
- Leadership and additional income opportunities available
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-disciplined and goal-oriented
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Comfortable communicating with others
- Interested in long-term development
Licensing required; support is available to obtain your Life & Health license.
