Elevation Ten Thousand is hiring a Project Manager to own a portfolio of home services client accounts and carry their work from request to completion. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, lead their recurring calls, and translate what they need into a clear plan the team can execute. You’ll also run the systems behind delivery: intake, scheduling, partner coordination, and status reporting. We are hiring a Project Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts and manage the delivery of their work from request to completion. This is a client-facing role. You will be the primary contact for your accounts, lead their recurring calls, and translate what they need into a clear plan the team can execute. You will also run the systems that keep delivery organized: intake, scheduling, partner coordination, and status reporting. About the Role: Reports to the Vice President, Client Success & Delivery. Full-time, hybrid, based in our Latham, NY office. Salary of $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience, plus benefits. A small, senior team with direct access to leadership and no layers between you and the work. An agency in growth mode, building a specialized practice for HVAC, pest control, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies. You will help define how we deliver. Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. Lead recurring client calls, understand each client’s goals, and keep them informed on progress and results. Convert client requests into clearly written tasks in Asana with owners, due dates, and the context the team needs. Lead a weekly delivery meeting with the team to review open work by account, confirm briefs, assets, and approvals are in place, and set delivery dates. Build and maintain the project plan for every account in Asana: tasks, dependencies, and dates. Monitor commitments daily. Identify at-risk dates early, determine the cause, and propose a solution before it affects the client. Run the onboarding process for every new client: kickoff within five business days of signature, access and asset collection, baseline measurement, and the 30/60/90-day plan. Coordinate outside partners and freelancers across creative, video, web, paid media, and AI tools: briefs, deadlines, handoffs, and quality checks. Publish a weekly delivery status by account and maintain monthly account health scores. Maintain delivery process documentation and convert repeated steps into checklists and templates. Requirements : 3+ years of project management, account management, or client services experience at a marketing, creative, digital, or media agency. Proven experience as the primary contact for clients, including leading recurring client calls with business owners. Advanced proficiency in Asana or a comparable platform (ClickUp, Monday.com, Wrike), including building projects and templates from scratch. Working knowledge of at least two of: website projects, video production, paid media, SEO, content, social media, or traditional media. Exceptional organization and written communication. Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously. Experience managing outside vendors or freelancers to deadlines and standards. Preferred: Experience with home services or local service business clients. Familiarity with Google Analytics, CallRail, or similar reporting tools. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management training. Hybrid Work Policy Elevation Ten Thousand operates on a hybrid schedule. Full-time employees may work remotely up to four days per month and are expected to work from the office on all remaining business days. Remote days are scheduled in advance with your immediate supervisor, who may ask you to move a day when it conflicts with client meetings, team sessions, or other in-office needs.
