Job Description The FP&A Senior Analyst will be a key player on our Corporate FP&A team, supporting core FP&A processes and continuously enhancing the Company’s forecasting and long‑term planning capabilities. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who creates new insights through deep financial analysis and cross‑functional partnerships. Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify business drivers and trends informing management decisions. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting (Revenue, COGS, OpEx, CAPEX, Headcount), analyze results, distill key trends, perform variance analysis, and communicate findings to the CFO and senior management. Manage the corporate budget, partnering with business process owners to monitor performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Support the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather and consolidate information. Provide dedicated financial support to the Sales and Commercial teams on ad‑hoc projects. Develop and maintain financial models to support long‑term planning and drive better resource allocation and investment decisions. Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional teams and finance business partners to synthesize and integrate updates related to budget and planning. Support the Manager of FP&A and Director of Finance with ad‑hoc and specific analyses that inform long‑term strategic decisions. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting. Experience in financial modeling and analysis. Working knowledge of GAAP. Strong attention to detail. Technical skills leveraging AI to drive operational efficiencies. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and creating compelling PowerPoint presentations. Ideally, you also have: Experience in med‑tech, health‑tech, or medical device business. Experience establishing and maintaining financial rhythm in well‑established environments. Experience with Adaptiv, NetSuite, and/or Salesforce. Location Hybrid work environment: part‑time in the office (two or more days a week). Entirely remote roles are rare and will depend on functional responsibilities and equipment needs. Compensation Estimated salary for this role in NYC is approximately $120,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and market demand.
