The assembly must be completed according to the goals set by the Branch Manager. You will do this by:Assembling advanced equipment and products under close supervision and in accordance with standard operating procedures.Reading, interpreting and following advanced blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.Meeting production schedule deadlines as designated by the Production Manager.Performing quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.Identifying product defects and documenting them.Performing all necessary documentation in a timely manner.Conferring with supervisor regarding quality or procedure problems.Reworking and/or repairing assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.Performing all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.Maintaining a clean and safe work area.What We Offer YouHourly rates ranging from $23.00/hr - $35.00/hr. Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting are required. The ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required. Must be able to safely use hand tools and power tools and perform work requiring good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the production area for extended periods of time. Good vision and hearing are required to safely perform work and communicate with coworkers.This position works indoors in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Work is performed in production and installation areas and may require both sitting and standing throughout the day.Temperatures may vary throughout the facility depending on the work area.
