This role is ideal for an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse who enjoys caring for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in a dynamic acute care setting.Job Details\n \n Location: Spokane, WA 99204\n Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)\n Specialty: Telemetry / Neuroscience Nursing\n Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM\n Hours Per Week: 36\n Duration: 16 weeks\n Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,900 - $2,000\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n Floating: May float between units as needed to meet patient care demands\n Charting System: Epic\n Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics\n Job Requirements\n \n Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n At least 1 year of nursing experience required\n Neuro/telemetry experience required\n Strong understanding of the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)\n Experience caring for post-surgical neurology patients and a variety of neurological diagnoses\n Epic experience required\n Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications\n Ability to work 3 of the 5 major holidays as needed\n Willingness to float to nearby units based on staffing needs\n Responsibilities\n \n Provide safe, high-quality patient care as a Telemetry RN in a neuroscience setting\n Monitor patients for neurological changes and respond appropriately to acute clinical situations\n Care for post-operative neurology patients and patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological conditions\n Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage telemetry monitoring needs\n Support care interventions such as BiPAP/CPAP management and procedural sedation monitoring as appropriate\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care\n Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong attention to detail\n Adapt to unit flow, float assignments, and changing clinical priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment\n \n Apply now to join this Travel RN opportunity in Spokane, WA and advance your telemetry nursing career today.
