Requirements

• Active RN License in the District of Columbia or compact state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Must hold current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with high-acuity neonatal patient care.
