About the Role

The Account Manager serves as the commercial face of the firm for existing customers. This is a farmer role focused on relationship growth—not new‑logo hunting. You will identify opportunities for follow‑on work, maintain the CRM pipeline, and ensure client needs are translated clearly into internal engineering handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts


• Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned clients


• Identify expansion opportunities and bring in senior technical leaders to scope them


• Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and account health


• Build proposals and qualification packets


• Translate customer requirements into internal project handoffs


• Represent the voice of the client in internal discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree


• 5+ years of B2B account management or client relationship experience


• Background in electrical equipment, switchgear, electrical contracting, engineering services, MEP, or building systems


• Technical aptitude to discuss electrical design concepts conversationally


• Comfortable in environments using AutoCAD, Revit, EasyPower (no need to run the tools)


• Basic NEC awareness or willingness to learn
