Senior Civil Engineer

We’re partnered with an established, 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their Atlanta team. This role will lead complex land development and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on work for federal government clients .

What You’ll Do

• Lead civil design for land development and infrastructure projects
• Work on site development, stormwater management, utilities, environmental permitting, and pump station design
• Serve as a primary client contact and help drive project delivery
• Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Navigate federal, state, and local civil design requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience , including land development and site design
• Georgia PE or ability to obtain reciprocity within 3 months
• Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of stormwater, utilities, permitting, and site development
• Experience working with government regulations and design standards
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
