Infectious Disease Physician

Opportunity:

Physician (MD) - Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient on-call coverage Monday through Monday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Support outpatient office needs during call week, including prescription refills, orders/signatures, and staff questions
• Clinic may be scheduled during call week based on practice need with reduced patient volume
• Follow-up/non-call week schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including hospital follow-up and outpatient responsibilities
• Clinic is scheduled Monday through Thursday, typically 2-3 clinic shifts either AM or PM
• Specialty focus in Internal Medicine - Infectious Disease
• Familiarity with intravenous medications is required
• Intrathecal administration of anti-infective agents is preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required
• Board certification is required with a minimum of certified status
• Fellowship training required (minimum 2 years)
