\n What You'll Do\nProvide direct patient care and ongoing nursing assessments
\nAdminister medications and treatments as ordered
\nMonitor patient conditions and respond to healthcare needs
\nAssist with intake screenings, evaluations, and care planning
\nCollaborate with providers and fellow nursing staff to deliver quality patient care
\nMaintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
