Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time (4x10s) | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Eastern Sierra Region, CA

Join a mission-driven rehab team in one of California’s most stunning mountain communities. We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support high-quality patient care in a collaborative, supportive setting. Enjoy a balanced schedule of 4x10-hour shifts (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Sat) with occasional inpatient weekend call.

What You’ll Need

Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Active California PTA license
BLS (or ability to obtain within 2 months)
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn clinical software

Compensation & Schedule

$34–$45/hr (experience-based)
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Full-time 4x10s , 8:00am–6:30pm
