Compensation: approximately $25.00/hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

\n

DriveShop is seeking a dependable, professional Driver to support full-time driveaway and dispatch operations for our Los Angeles market. This role is responsible for executing vehicle movements between the DriveShop and Clients throughout the region. The Driver serves as an important operational liaison, coordinating closely with DriveShop LA Operations, Corporate direction, and client-driven activity to ensure vehicle runs are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

\n

·      Execute scheduled vehicle driveaway and dispatch assignments to and from the DriveShop LA office and various delivery addresses

\n

·      Coordinate closely with LA Operations, DriveShop Corporate teams, and client contacts regarding vehicle movement priorities and changes in daily activity.

\n

·      Follow dispatch instructions, confirm vehicle handoffs, and communicate status updates, delays, or issues promptly.

\n

·      Represent DriveShop professionally when interacting with clients, loan recipients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

\n

·      Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all DriveShop policies, client requirements, and applicable traffic laws.

\n

·      Support other local vehicle movement and operational needs as assigned.

\n

Qualifications

\n

·      Must be at least 21 years of age.

\n

·      Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate vehicles on behalf of DriveShop.

\n

·      Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

\n

·      Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable driving a variety of passenger vehicles.

\n

·      Strong communication, follow-through, and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

\n

·      Ability to adapt to changing dispatch priorities and client-directed activity.

\n

·      Prior professional driving, fleet, automotive, logistics, or dispatch experience is preferred.

\n
