The Opportunity:

Booz Allen is turning some of its most differentiated technology and intellectual property across cyber, AI, cloud, and other emerging areas into products and solutions that scale. As we build out our commercialization capability, you will help create a more repeatable go-to-market approach that makes this possible, in close partnership with sector teams.

As a Go-to-Market Strategy & Activation Senior Manager, you will help shape go-to-market approaches for priority offerings, build the plan templates, launch toolkits, and coordinate the capabilities needed to bring offerings to market. We are looking for a builder who has worked close to revenue in sales, channel partnerships, marketing, or related commercial roles who knows how to take an offering to market and can turn that experience into repeatable tools, actionable plans, and guidance sector teams can execute against. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:

• Build the go-to-market function from the ground up, including the standards, playbooks, and ways of working that sector teams will use to scale offerings.
• Lead the development of GTM strategies and produce the plan templates, checklists, and launch toolkits needed to bring priority products and solutions to market.
• Help define priority markets and customers, positioning and differentiation, routes to market, sales and channel strategy, and launch approach.
• Drive sales and channel readiness, and resolve gaps, dependencies, approvals, and barriers to market entry.
• Identify sector owners and partner with them to orchestrate the capabilities needed to bring offerings to market.
• Enable sector and sales teams to effectively position and sell offerings.
• Find opportunities for cross-sector promotion and expansion after launch.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in sales, channel partnerships, marketing, or related commercial roles in enterprise software
• Experience across multiple routes to market including direct and partner-led motions
• Experience developing and translating go-to-market strategies into actionable plans, including market entry, launch, growth, or scale
• Experience operating in, or closely alongside, quota- and pipeline-driven environments
• Experience building go-to-market frameworks, plans, or playbooks that can be applied across offerings and markets
• Knowledge of sales motions, customer acquisition, and B2B sales cycles
• Ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience across multiple GTM models, SaaS, or subscription-based offerings
• Experience working with or selling to U.S. government customers

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
