Cutover Lead

Job Description Own and execute the end-to-end cutover strategy across two major go-lives Act as the single point of accountability (“double-click owner”) for deployment coordination Build and manage detailed cutover plans, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths Coordinate cutover activities across two systems: Coordinate cutover activities across: Workday (FDM changes, Ref ID updates) OneStream Planning (Oct 2026 go-live) OneStream Consolidations & Reporting (Jan 2027 go-live) Boundary systems and integrations Lead cutover rehearsals and mock go-lives Ensure data readiness, including final loads, reconciliations, and validation Manage cross-system dependencies and downstream impacts Drive business readiness (UAT sign-offs, training completion, operational readiness) Define and manage go / no-go decision criteria Lead hypercare planning and execution post go-live Own risk, issue, and mitigation tracking for cutover activities Coordinate communication across technical and business stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Strong Project / Program Management experience on large-scale Finance transformations Hands‑on cutover and go-live leadership for complex, multi‑system deployments Deep experience with Workday (especially FDM, Ref IDs, hierarchies, data model changes) Experience implementing OneStream (Planning and/or Consolidations) Background in Finance systems (Planning, Consolidations, Reporting) Proven ability to manage multi-wave deployments with high interdependencies Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills Experience coordinating across Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and integration teams Comfortable operating in high‑pressure go‑live environments Experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM, Adaptive, or Essbase migrations Prior ownership of mock cutovers / rehearsal go-lives Functional finance background (beyond pure PMO) Global deployment experience Prior hypercare and rollback planning ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
