Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid documentation expectations preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide skilled physical therapy evaluations, plan of care development, and skilled treatment for geriatric patients.
