Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring the application of effective interventions tailored to each client's needs. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, complying with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards. Collaborate with a dynamic treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to enhance treatment outcomes. Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement in care quality. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge of treatment options and available community resources. Stay current with ongoing professional development and the latest research in mental health to provide informed, evidence-based care. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. You will support clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your approach to their unique experiences and cultural contexts. Your role will be critical in building trust and rapport, facilitating a safe environment where clients can openly share their thoughts and feelings. Qualifications A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Pennsylvania. Proficient understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to customize treatment strategies to meet the specific needs of clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with team members. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, allowing for effective navigation of complex clinical scenarios. Commitment to working in a team-oriented environment that values collaboration and professional growth. Preferred Experience Experience working in a telehealth setting preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation and monitoring. Prior experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities beyond CBT and DBT may be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
