Executive Services Coordinator - Community Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Associate Administrator, including calendar management, communications, meetings, special projects and coordination of executive priorities. Serves as a liaison to hospital leadership, employees, physicians, Board members, volunteers and community stakeholders. Coordinates the administrative functions of the hospital's volunteer program, including scheduling, communication, orientation and day-to-day volunteer support. May be assigned additional administrative, operational, community relations and special project responsibilities based on organizational needs. Requires a high degree of professionalism, initiative, discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field is preferred. A minimum of three years office, administrative support experience supporting high-level executives. Experience in healthcare industry and/or local government environment is preferred. Prior experience managing activities for a Board of Mangers/Directors or senior executives is highly desirable. Experience and expert level knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendar management is required.
