At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:** As the Count Team Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the Count Team by overseeing count room activities, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls, driving operational efficiencies, and developing a team focused on accuracy, accountability, and exceptional performance. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Provide leadership and direction to the Count Team, driving departmental performance and operational excellence* Oversee all count and drop activities while ensuring compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and departmental and property policies and procedures* Develops and fosters an environment of teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation* Manage departmental staffing, labor, and financial performance, including scheduling, labor utilization, and P&L accountability* Monitor staffing levels and ensure effective use of labor while delivering required service.
