Housekeeper Porter

At Civita Care Center at Danbury , we are seeking a Housekeeper Porter to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As part of our mission to provide individualized, patient-centered care, we are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper Porter , you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This includes:

• Cleaning patient rooms, hallways, and other areas of the facility

• Restocking linens, supplies, and equipment

• Assisting with laundry and kitchen tasks

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

• Collaborating with other team members to achieve our mission of providing exceptional care to our residents

Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

• Restock patient rooms with linens, supplies, and equipment

• Assist with laundry, kitchen, and other support tasks as needed

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care delivery

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve our mission
