Sr. Account Executive/AVP-Team Lead

Affluent Personal Lines Sr. Account Executive / AVP – Team Lead Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid) | Remote considered for experienced AEs outside the area We're looking for a seasoned Personal Lines insurance professional with High Net Worth / Private Client Group experience. This is a servicing role (not new production) — you'll own client relationships, manage renewals, and ensure white-glove service for affluent individuals and families. Two tracks available — title & comp based on experience: Sr. Account Executive Day-to-day client management & carrier negotiations Handle renewals, new business specs, and marketing strategy Work with claims, maintain accurate policy records Hybrid: 2+ days/week in Berkeley Heights, NJ or White Plains, NY (remote considered for experienced candidates outside the area) AVP – Team Lead (must be local/hybrid — in-office presence required) All of the above, plus team supervision & staff development Lead consultant and primary point of contact for your book of business Revenue goals and retention targets You're a great fit if you have: 5+ years personal lines experience, including High Net Worth / PCG Background at an independent agency or retail brokerage Familiarity with AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE, BerkleyOne, Cincinnati Experience with an agency management system (Epic is a plus) Active P&C license (required at hire) CIC, CPCU or similar designation (preferred) For AVP: prior supervisory or team lead experience Perks & Details Full-time | Flexible hybrid schedule Competitive salary commensurate with experience Clear growth path for both tracks Interested?
