Healthcare Provider Recruiter

To support the growth of a national telehealth provider network, the remote Provider Recruiting Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for various healthcare roles, including Physicians and Nurse Practitioners Draft and post job opportunities across multiple platforms and conduct initial candidate outreach Manage candidate workflows in the applicant tracking system and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred Demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities Proactive and efficient communicator with a customer service-focused approach
