OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Pownal, VT by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

HMD Trucking invites experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry-van drivers based near Pownal, VT to run nationwide freight lanes. This position provides reliable freight, strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, and additional safety and referral bonuses.

Primary duties:

• Safely operate and secure dry-van freight on long-haul routes.
• Perform required inspections, maintain accurate driving logs, and communicate with dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with federal and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience.

Drivers operate modern trucks under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, receive in-house maintenance support, home every two weeks, and full benefits including health and retirement plans.
