Compensation Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up.
