Illinois Nursing Academy is looking for an energetic, friendly, and people-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team in Midlothian, Illinois . If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love building relationships, we'd love to meet you!

As the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience while helping students begin their healthcare careers. This position combines customer service, student recruitment, and general office administration.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries professionally

• Assist prospective students through the enrollment process

• Follow up with leads and recruit prospective students

• Welcome students and visitors to the academy

• Schedule appointments and maintain student records

• Perform general office and administrative duties

• Work closely with the admissions and instructional team

• Assist with student events, orientations, and other academy activities

• Maintain a positive, organized, and professional office environment

• Effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities throughout the day

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and CRM experience is a plus)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in customer service

• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, education, or sales

• Experience working in a school, training center, or healthcare environment
