Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist

To support the resolution of Auto Liability claims, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Auto Liability Specialist will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims remotely, ensuring proper coverage and legal liability assessment for both first- and third-party claimants. Key responsibilities Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages Manage property damage claims, including interactions with claimants, attorneys, and body shops Evaluate claims for potential fraud and initiate recovery efforts when subrogation exists Required qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent experience Must possess or secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
