Shine Window Care Technician

Shine of Carmel is a fast-growing exterior home services company specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and specialty services. We're building a high-standard team that takes pride in quality work, strong systems, and real career growth. This is not a dead-end labor job. We train, promote from within, and reward people who show up, work hard, and want more responsibility.

What You'll Do:

• Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and light commercial properties
• Perform pressure washing on driveways, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces
• Set up ladders, hoses, surface cleaners, and safety equipment properly
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
• Follow Shine's systems, checklists, and quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a crew (or lead jobs as you grow)

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• Experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
