What You’ll Do * Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs. * Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines. * Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly. * Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. * Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special. * Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
