Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Working collaboratively with team members to develop creative lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and provide individualized support
• Maintaining a well-organized and clean learning environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for students
• Identifying and building on children's interests, working with colleagues to design engaging activities and projects
• Communicating with parents regularly, sharing updates on their children's progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal conversations

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Successful background check and VA licensing standards
• Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
• Minimum of 1-year field-related experience
• Must be 16 years of age (18+ with HS diploma or equivalent preferred)
