As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time (33 hours per week) shifts currently available.

At PAI, as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the friendly face that greets our participants each morning, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions. From music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons to outings in the community, you'll have the opportunity to engage our participants in a variety of fun and enriching experiences. While assisting with personal care routines is a crucial part of the role, it's the care and compassion you bring to each interaction that truly makes a difference in the lives of our participants. To excel as a Direct Support Professional at PAI, a caring and empathetic nature is key. You should be a great listener, patient, and ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed. While experience in direct care is a bonus, it's not a must-have - we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role. You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED to join our team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Experience in direct care a plus!
• Must be 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
