At Spectrum, our connectivity products – Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice – seamlessly converge to power our customers' digital lives.
As an Offline Customer Support Specialist, you will work from one of our call center locations where you support our customers by working to resolve complex issues. From seasonal plans to bereavement-related requests, you'll be providing the support needed to meet their unique needs.
We provide a comprehensive training program to help you become a subject matter expert on our products and services while you create positive experiences for our customers and achieve your financial goals. While six months of customer service experience is preferred, as a member of our team, you'll have the tools and resources needed to build a long and successful career with us.
