Schedule: 8am-5pm
Location: Sedalia, CO
Position Type: Full-time / Evaluation Hire

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Structural Steel Fitter for a steel fabrication company in Castle Rock, CO. This role is ideal for someone with strong blueprint reading, layout, fitting, and steel fabrication experience.

Job Highlights:

Read and follow blueprints to meet product specifications
Measure, calculate, and verify material requirements
Fit and fabricate structural steel and miscellaneous metal components
Manufacture finished metal products
Install and repair equipment or components as needed
Check weld quality, tolerance, and fit-up accuracy
Work safely in a steel fabrication shop

What We Look For:

Previous steel fitting, welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
Strong blueprint and drawing interpretation skills
Ability to measure accurately and calculate material needs
Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
Ability to handle a physical shop workload
Stainless and/or aluminum skills are a plus
Must be prepared for a weld/fit test based on experience
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
