To support a compassionate team in a dynamic remote environment, the Insurance Liaison will manage communication between families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, ensuring a smooth insurance process while providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to families throughout the insurance process Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics Research and document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements accurately Required qualifications: 1 - 2 years of customer service or related experience 1 - 2 years of experience with computer software such as Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively Personable and professional communication style with empathy towards families seeking treatment
