Safety Manager What you will enjoy doing* You willmonitor the safety and health performance of the site and recommendpriorities and actions for improvement Further, youwill coordinate various safety training programs, maintain safety recordswithin databases and periodically reports on compliance cases You mustoutline specific safety programs and coordinates, reviews, and updatesplans such as the plant's Emergency Plan, Hazardous Material ContingencyPlan, Hazardous Waste Plan, LEI's, Emission Plan, etc, ensuring objectivesare met You willperform internal audits of S&ES activities to evaluate plant'scompliance As well asmaintain a thorough knowledge of new industry safety practices What makes you great You must have abachelor's degree and/or 5-10 years of safety management experience in anoperations/manufacturing environment Ability tocompile, format and present safety subject matter in front of largegroups on a frequent basis Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills must be able to effectivelycommunicate and up, down and across the organization You will haveknowledge / experience in industrial safety, health and/or environmentalscience Knowledge of process safety management is preferred Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
