Summary

A growing residential builder is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for new homes, renovations, and large additions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage multiple trades at once, and consistent communication with clients, architects, and designers. The ideal candidate has overseen ground-up residential projects, handled high-end finishes, and managed complex renovation work.

• Lead daily on-site activities for new construction, renovations, and additions

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and inspections

• Ensure work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements

• Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers on scope, finishes, and schedule expectations

• Resolve field issues proactively and maintain steady project progress

• Prepare daily site documentation and communicate updates to project management

• 7+ years of superintendent experience in residential construction

• Experience building both workforce housing and luxury custom homes

• Strong background in high-end renovations, additions, and remodels

• Ability to direct multiple trades while maintaining quality control

• Strong client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills

• OSHA certification preferred, not required
