About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize its talent acquisition function. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing talent in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic objectives. This role involves providing leadership for recruitment operations, sourcing strategy, talent acquisition technology, analytics, vendor management, and team development. The AVP will be tasked with enhancing recruiting processes, infrastructure, and performance, while fostering strong partnerships with operational and HR leaders. Key responsibilities include evaluating and redesigning the talent acquisition organizational structure, developing and implementing a talent acquisition operating model, and establishing departmental goals and performance standards. The role also requires the development of annual business plans, budget, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates for the AVP of Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in human resources, business administration, or healthcare administration. A minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership in recruiting operations, sourcing strategy, and team development, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition within complex, multi-site organizations, particularly in the healthcare or behavioral healthcare sector. Essential skills include the ability to improve recruiting performance through process optimization, technology utilization, analytics, and operational leadership. The role demands a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset, as well as the ability to build effective relationships and foster a culture of excellence within the talent acquisition function.
