Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health (Nights) Location White Hall, AR Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Nights, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute behavioral health settings, particularly in crisis stabilization and de-escalation techniques. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients with mental health disorders in a safe and therapeutic environment. Utilize verbal de‑escalation techniques to manage crises and ensure patient safety. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement treatment plans. Float between adult and geriatric behavioral health units as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 3+ years of experience in acute behavioral health settings. Current RN License. AHA BLS Certification. Handle With Care certification preferred.
