Remote Patient Benefits Advocate
First Source LLC
Firstsource is seeking a Patient Advocate Specialist to remotely assist patients in resolving medical balances by identifying eligibility for state, county, and federal assistance programs and guiding them through the application process. You will contact patients by telephone, screen for program eligibility, document details in the CUBS system, and coordinate with agencies and field staff to secure benefits while maintaining compliance and privacy.
