Senior Data Analytics Manager

Leading the enterprise data strategy, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Manager will own the end-to-end data ecosystem, focusing on infrastructure, business intelligence, and AI capabilities while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap, establishing data quality standards and a trusted single source of truth Oversee the end-to-end data platform, including ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and governance Develop the enterprise AI roadmap, identifying high-value AI opportunities and leading the implementation of predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI 3+ years of experience leading technical teams Strong SQL expertise and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms Experience building enterprise BI environments and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent Familiarity with Python and modern AI frameworks, along with experience implementing AI solutions in production
