Carter Express is bringing new local routes to Chattanooga-and we're looking for safe, professional CDL-A drivers to join our growing team. This is the perfect fit for drivers who want steady work, hourly pay, and a consistent schedule.

You'll enjoy competitive pay based on your experience and the reliability of working with a carrier that's been putting drivers first for decades.

Pay & Schedule:

Home daily
Hourly pay based on experience: $22.50-$26.00 per hour
Weekly minimum pay: $1,150-$1,200 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on local routes
Perform timely and professional deliveries to our customers
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Who We're Looking For:

CDL-A license holder
At least 21 years old
1+ year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
