Nocturnist Position - Davenport, Iowa

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Nocturnist to join our team. This role involves a 7 on/7 off schedule, providing essential services at a 500-bed medical facility located in Davenport, Iowa. The position includes cross-coverage responsibilities and requires training in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Iowa medical license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified status

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive starting salary of $389,000 for nocturnists, with opportunities for higher earnings
• Comprehensive benefits package
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• $40,000 commencement bonus
• H Cap Exempt status
