Position is associated with the terms and conditions of the negotiated Agreement between the Educational Association of Paramus (EAP) and the Board of Education.

Reports To:

Principal and Supervisor of School Counseling

Job Goal:

To guide students through the critical transition to adulthood by providing comprehensive college and career planning, vital social-emotional and academic support, and by serving as a strategic advocate who ensures every student meets success.

Qualifications:

New Jersey School Counselor Certification

Salary:

Starting salary of $57,547.00
Placement on the Education Association of Paramus (EAP) Salary Guide, in accordance with experience and related qualifications
