Family Medicine Physician

Physicians have more time with patients to focus on nutrition, exercise, mental health, and overall wellness. Providers and patients also have access to internal resources, including dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, and other specialists at no cost.

Highlights:

• Average 10-16 patients per day (patient ages 2+)
• 1 hour scheduled for new patients/30 minutes for established and acute visits
• Flexible Schedule with potential to work 4 shifts per week
