Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success. Qualifications Proven experience as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent or similar role. Active Property and Casualty insurance license in the appropriate state. Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
