Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Marion and Salem, KY Skilled Nursing Facilities.

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. Hourly Rates Starting at $45/hr *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Full-Time, FLOAT between 2, Skilled Nursing Facilities in Marion and Salem, KY
• OR Part-Time option at either/or facility. What are you looking for?

• Telehealth Option available for PRN! Supervisory Role - *Candidate MUST reside in the state of KY and hold a valid, KY State License of Physical Therapy!

As a Physical Therapist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
