Job Description Are you an experienced RN Case Manager / Utilization Review Nurse looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Daily Responsibilities: The Case Manager will be responsible for identification, screening, assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation health care services provided to the high risk population Completes assessment of identified patients through review of past utilization, discussions with the primary care physician and specialists and evaluation of the patient Identifies member needs as well as barriers to care and available resources, maintaining the patient in the least restrictive, most cost/quality efficient environment possible RN Case Managers gather member data Qualifications Qualifications/ Requirements: Must have an RN license 1 year minimum experience ( Acute Care Experience / Managed Care experience in Medical Management) Computer skills- EZ-CAP, Microsoft Office, strong skills with Excel Additional Information Hours for this Position: Monday- Friday normal business hours (8a-5p) Advantages of this Opportunity: Competitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experience Benefits offered, Medical, Dental, and Vision Fun and positive work environment Interested in being considered?
