• Assemble chiller units using hand and power tools according to build specifications.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to complete accurate assemblies.
• Support the shop with sweeping, packaging, shrink wrapping, and material handling.
• Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Cross-train into additional assembly areas, including custom equipment builds.

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience (sheet metal or mechanical preferred).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Motivation to grow within a company that invests in its people.

Work takes place in a brand-new, climate-controlled warehouse with assembly stations, machines, and plenty of space. The team is small, supportive, and operates like a family.

Shift Options:

• First Shift: 5:30am–3:00pm (Mon–Thu) + 5:30am–10:00am (Fri)
• Second Shift: 2:00pm–1:30am (Mon–Thu)
• Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Maple Grove,MN.
