LVN Charge Nurse – Serve with Excellence at The Heights of Magnolia, Magnolia Texas. Location 150 Corporate Woods Dr, Magnolia, TX 77354. Shift Details 12‑hour shifts (6 p.m.–6 a.m.) $2 shift differential. Responsibilities As a leader in our skilled nursing community, you will guide care teams with grace, skill, and a heart for service.
